Large and Mid-Size Corporations Certain large and mid-size corporations are required to electronically file their Forms 1120 and 1120-S, while others may do so voluntarily. We’ve included information for corporations who prepare and transmit their own corporate returns and for those using the services of third-party tax professionals.
Tax Professionals IRS e-file information for tax professionals. Several online e-services products are available including the electronic IRS e-file application.
